Buying a condo comes with an extra stack of fine print—HOA bylaws, budgets, meeting minutes, reserve studies, and more—all of which Jose stayed on top of like a pro. He never lost momentum. Then, just when we thought the story couldn’t get any better, we found out that the very same day he signed closing documents for his first home…
