Finally Home
Ryan came to us through a close friend, making this journey personal from the start. Ready for his next home, he knew exactly what mattered: a walkable, bikeable neighborhood in inner NE Portland, close to the coffee shops, parks, schools, and daily routines he loves.
His wish list was clear: three bedrooms, two baths, a home office, flexible space, a separate creative studio, and a fenced yard for his dogs. Beaumont-Wilshire, Grant Park, Irvington, and Alberta topped the list, and we spent months searching in a competitive spring market where several great opportunities slipped away.
Then, just as Ryan was leaving for an international trip, we found the one. While he was overseas, we coordinated everything from the accepted offer to inspections and paperwork, keeping the process moving smoothly across time zones. He returned just in time to revisit the home before contingencies expired and confirm it felt as right as it had the first day.
A month later, Ryan was holding the keys to a beautiful home in the neighborhood he never wanted to leave. Close to schools, an easy bike ride to work, with room for his dogs and space to gather loved ones, it’s a home that reflects both the life he’s built and the one still ahead. Ryan is finally home.
