More than a Move... Finding Home in Oregon

Lee first came to us as an out-of-state internet lead, but it quickly became clear that this was about far more than a move. After 40 years of life in New York, and navigating a deeply personal, life-altering change... he was ready to create something entirely new as he stepped into his next chapter.
We first connected over Zoom during the holidays, talking through his goals, hopes & what he wanted this next season of life to feel like. By January, he had booked a flight and arrived in Oregon to begin what was meant to be a two-week exploration of Portland + the surrounding areas. That search quickly became something more.
Over long drives and countless showings across the state, we shared stories, laughter, and reflections, what started as a home search grew into a genuine connection.
Then we found it: a beautifully built, single-level custom home set on over an acre in Oregon’s beautiful wine country. Quiet, private & surrounded by space to breathe, it was everything he had envisioned + more. We negotiated a significant price reduction, completed all inspections before he returned to New York, and coordinated repairs while he wrapped up life back east. This week, Lee returns to Oregon to pick up the keys to his new dream home, ready to begin again in a place that truly feels like home.
